Cristina Sánchez (Montmeló, 1979)

Trained in Business Administration and Public Relations, I stepped onto a film set for the first time in the early 2000s, and my fascination with what was happening there turned production into my profession.

Curious by nature, I feel at ease working between creative vision and production logistics. I enjoy collaborating with teams and place great value on clear communication and well-structured processes.

In 2009, together with directors Roger Gómez and Dani Resines, I co-founded the creative production company El Cangrejo, where we developed content for commercial brands as well as personal documentary and fiction projects. Among the short films I’ve produced are L’equip petit (selected at Karlovy Vary and multiple international festivals), El domador de peixos (Goya-nominated in 2014), and Luis & I.

Since late 2023, I’ve been working as a freelance Line Producer, collaborating with commercial production companies such as Canada, Iconoclast, Blur, and Virtual Films.

Passionate about creativity and teamwork, I believe that enjoying the process is essential, the process is everything.

My versatility and curiosity continue to guide me on this new journey of exploration and consolidation in the field of fiction.
